    Sigh...this location drives me nuts. Sometimes they're on the ball and rock orders like champs. Then there are mornings where I'm wondering if they're hung over, can't follow recipe instructions or who the hell knows. This past week frustrated me to no end since they haven't updated their drive-thru menu. I go to order a Smores frapp since, hey, I had a rough day and needed to drown my sorrows in chocolate and calories. I place my order and the gal tells me it's no longer available since it's a seasonal item. Uh, ok. When I told her to give me a minute so I can figure out what to get instead, I heard a heavy sigh as if I was inconvenience to her. Now, I go there every morning since I need coffee to keep me personable (come on, everyone's like that if they survive off of coffee)...and all week long, the Smores is still offered on their menu. What's the deal? Why have it on there if it's not available any longer? Sure, the menu will look odd with a large blank spot, BUT, at least people won't be expecting an item that's no longer available.

    OK, I see why Starbucks is having some problems lately. The staff here just has a lousy attitude and I guess serving customers is asking too much. I was here this afternoon and after waiting until one of the staff was done talking with her friend, she came over and asked what I wanted. This is after 4 people behind the counter didn't bother to stop to say someone would be right over, hold on a minute or anything. I asked for a grande Komodo that was advertised as being ready, and the server immediately stated in a disgusted tone that "we don't brew bold in the afternoon". I suggested they might want to take down the sign and she said "Oh, another OCD'er!" I turned and left immediately. I won't waste my money, time and patience in a place like this, See ya STARBUCKS!

    Staff always has a bad attitude, drinks are made incorrectly, frequently out of items I order, never receive a sleeve or spill stopper when in the drive thru

    I met my wife at this Starbucks. So that's pretty neat. Every time that I have returned to this Starbucks, it brings back all the feels. Back in the olden days, when I used to live in the area, I used to frequent this store almost every day and while the faces have changed, the experience is still the same. The last time that I went in, I was ordering a bunch of Frappuccinos, which I know is a huge hassle to make. My family is extremely picky so everything was modified. The cashier and the barista were more than accommodating and everything was made just as I ordered it.

    Today was my first time visiting this Starbucks location.when I entered I was greeted by all the employees.they were very attentive to customers as the walked through the door.Customer service is a biggie with me.After that awesome welcome they could have served me the worst coffee I ever had an I still would have wrote a positive review.That was not the case I ordered a Caramel macchiato and it was perfect.Overall 4 stars.

    Right near our house we stop by often, the staff is always friendly, the drinks hot (unless iced ;-), at peak times the drive through gets backed up, although it doesn't seem to be due to a lack of hustle on part of the staff, I like how they always repeat my order back to me to make sure they get it right. My only complaint is the need to make sure I ask for my receipt. Also, pumpkin cream cheese muffins should be a staple, I'm just saying!

    This location is literally "around the corner" from home. One of my co-workers' daughters worked there, and it was a great Starbucks. Suddenly a huge change in staff occurred. The daughter said a new manager came in, fired staff, and hired a bunch of friends. Is this true? I can't say for sure, but the service & cleanliness seem to point to it being true. When my husband & I would go in it was always immaculate! Today, food crumbs were littered all over the floor, and there was enough staff to have this cleaned up. The bathroom was also not the cleanest, which was also not the case in prior days.

    Friendly staff, quick service, clean facilities, drinks made as ordered and served quickly, fresh goodies. What more can you ask for at a coffee shop?
